Today we care for the land much like her ancestors, using biologic fertilizer in place of animal manure since we don’t have cattle to pull the plow. The use of bio fertilizer and no insecticides keeps the property safe for butterflies and bees which provide valuable assistance to all of our lives.

We have planted over 1000 roses on the property hence the name “Casa Mille Fiori”
