For truffle lovers…
A simple recipe that I adore includes 250g of tagliatele, one jar of the truffles, and a bottle of Vita Truffle Infused Olive Oil. Boil the pasta, top with the truffles, and drizzle a bit of the oil over the dish. That’s it. If you prefer a nice steak, cook up a nice thick t-bone, slice it, warm the truffles slightly with the accompanying oil and pour it over the steak. Delicous.
Another idea is a truffled crostini: toast a nice crusty bread and spoon a few truffle slices over it with a drizzle of the oil. Simple perfection.
